Mackintosh at the Willow 1903 Blend
In 2019, PekoeTea Edinburgh partnered with Mackintosh at the Willow to create an exclusive tea blend to be served at the newly restored, Charles Rennie Mackintosh-designed tearooms on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow.
Miss Cranston opened the tearoom in 1903 and was supported by her brother Stuart, who was a tea trader from the 1870s.
Handcrafted in Edinburgh, the 1903 Blend is a light afternoon tea containing teas from Sri Lanka, India, and China, and decorated with rose petals to remind us of the rose motif found in the works of Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
